Peanut Butter Recipe #1: NoN Flour
Ingredients:
-2 cups of creamy peanut butter
-2 cups white granulated sugar
-2 eggs
-2 teaspoons baking soda
-1 pinch of salt
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees, grease cookie sheets if needed
In Med bowl stir peanut butter and sugar together till smooth, beat in eggs 1 at a time, then stir in baking soda, salt, and vanilla. make 1 inch balls place on sheets 2 inches apart, press criss-cross flat using a fork.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving! ENJOY!!!
