
Crackdown 3 has been delayed until 2017, according to a blog post on the game's official website. The
post goes on to say that Crackdown 3 will be part of the newly
announced Play Anywhere initiative, allowing you to swap back and forth
between playing on Xbox One and a Windows 10 PC with ease.
As far as the reason for the delay, Dave Jones, the Creative Director at developer Reagent Games had this to say:
"Our top priority is to give gamers an experience they have never seen before at a scale never thought possible, and sticking to our original timeline would have compromised that goal."
The post closes by specifying that Crackdown 3 won't be at E3 2016 in any capacity,
