Xbox Live is currently experiencing connectivity issues
where its social and gaming services are limited on both Xbox One and
Xbox 360.
According to the official Xbox Support page,
players can’t currently join other Xbox Live members in online games
due to the problems. For example, Xbox One users are reporting issues
with not being able to log into Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
multiplayer.
Other affected services include accessing or retrieving
data stored using cloud storage, managing friends lists and tracking
what friends are doing, sending text messages to other Xbox Live
members, and unlocking and viewing achievements.
Xbox TV, music and video services are also affected by the problems,
where the ability to browse the Xbox Video Store and the Xbox Music
Store is limited. Microsoft expects to issue another update on the official Xbox Live Support page soon.
